The Gazebo

This desirable outdoor ceremony location is surrounded by picturesque lawns and is accessed via an ornamental bridge. You can hang up floral installations on the elegant structure, and you are free to use the portable PA system.

The Lawn

This grassy area is set in front of the Homestead house. The magnificent tree at the top of the steps makes a beautiful scene for a ceremony. Alternatively, it’s a great spot for cocktail hour where you can set up lounge furniture.

The Wharf

Waldara Farm has so many unique event locations, including a peaceful lake. Couples can marry by the jetty, as the water gently ripples behind them, and the guests can sit in rows watching the scene unfold.

The Reception Hall

This purpose-built barn is perfect for banqueting and wedding parties. It comes with its own verandah where you can fit a photo booth, grazing tables, heaters and festoon lighting.

The Shearing Shed

As one of the original farm buildings, this rustic wedding venue is an atmospheric wet-weather ceremony option. It features a lovely wagon wheel chandelier that you can attach floral installations to.

Frequently Asked Questions

Venue hire starts from $10,000 in June, July and August and rises to $14000 in March, April, October and November. The accommodation rates start from $2000 for a one-night stay, $4000 for a two-night stay and $6000 for three nights. If you choose the in-house catering menus, the packages start at $55 for canapes, antipasto platters, two mains and two sides.

The maximum capacity is 150 seated guests in The Barn.

Waldera Farm offers a rustic yet luxurious wedding space to get creative with. It’s a blank canvas wedding venue with a professional team who can help bring your ideas to life. Think original barns, social fire pit areas, two large guest houses, and thousands of acres to roam. It’s an unspoilt luxury farm wedding venue near the Blue Mountains where anything is possible.

Waldara Farm has two large authentic farm stays that collectively accommodate up to 20 guests. These authentic and luxury guesthouses, called ‘The Lodge’ and ‘The Homestead’ feature open fires, washing machines and dryers, bed linen and towels, Nespresso machines, TVs and high-speed WiFi. Outside, the grounds include a hot tub and tennis courts to enjoy.

Waldara Farm has teamed up with the talented Michelin-trained Drew Bolton from Short Street Kitchen. It’s a highly regarded catering company that can create tailored menus that suit your theme, taste and dietary requirements. There’s something for everyone from seasonal 3-course wedding menus to BBQs, grazing tables and taco bars. 

 

Prefer to bring in your own caterer? That’s an option as well.
