What’s one feature or space in your venue that always wows corporate clients? Below Boundary, for sure. It’s incredibly unique with exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and an out-of-the-box feel that immediately sets the tone for a creative event.

What corporate events do you attract most? It is never a dull moment here. We mostly see a high volume of product launches, team dinners, and drinks receptions.

What’s your “hidden gem” feature that people might often overlook? The Snug. Located within our main Brasserie, it can be privatised with acoustic curtains. It is a perfect hidden gem for breakfasts, client meetings, and more intimate gatherings.

What would be your dream corporate event to host? Our dream event would blend the best of both worlds. It would start with a rooftop drinks reception, followed by a DJ set in the orangery to build the atmosphere. Then, guests would move down to Below Boundary for a seated dinner, finishing the night with a party and full disco ball vibes. It creates a seamless journey while balancing a professional feel with a high-energy finish.

What sets your venue apart from others in the corporate world? Our team. They truly go above and beyond for Boundary and are the heart and soul of the venue.

How does your team ensure every corporate event runs smoothly? Communication is key. We ensure all function sheets and client requirements are clearly shared with the floor team. The manager on duty leads a pre-event briefing so everyone knows exactly what to expect. We set clear standards and deliver on them by being fully prepared.

What corporate event trends are you noticing lately? Shorter lead times and last-minute changes are increasingly common. We adapt by taking a flexible approach to our events, menus, and policies wherever possible to accommodate those requests.

Finally, what’s your go-to song for hyping up the team before a big event? You can never go wrong with Rihanna — Please Don’t Stop the Music does the trick every time!
