We held a company product training conference here for a group of 18. Brand new hotel with great conference rooms. We host this type of event regularly around Australia and the AV screens in the conference rooms here are the best we've seen - super large and really bright. The conference coordinator, Nikki was a pleasure to deal with and the catering host on the day, Emily was awesome. All meals, snacks and drinks were perfect. Highly recommend for a conference venue. The accommodation rooms were lovely. Beds were super-comfy, plenty of power & USB points beside the beds. Bathrooms are spacious and modern. The height of the shower head was awesome - being tall I often find hotel showerheads are too low - this was great. Well done Crowne Plaza Mawson Lakes team! We'll be back!

Exceeded all our expectations, we held a celebration of life event with 200 guests. The Ballroom and Atrium was a perfect setting , the staff were amazing especially Amy and Silas couldn’t do enough. The food and drinks suited everyone with lots of options. We stayed the night with breakfast as well, with plenty of options for a hearty or light feed. This venue represented great value and I would not hesitate to book or just call in for a coffee , quiet drink or dinner.
