The 'new' Intercontinental Brisbane will absolutely be my new home in Brisbane. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Front desk and concierge, polite, efficient and helpful. Very clean and well maintained, if slightly dated. But the classic decor make it feel nice regardless. Staff are exceptional, from concierge, to front desk, to restaurant and executive lounge. The lounge breakfast is unremarkable, but the restaurant buffet breakfast more than makes up for it. The location absolutely cannot be beat! A go-to place for me, whether for work or for a family getaway.
