The events packages include free use of their state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, and a conference advisor is on hand to answer any questions and take care of special requests. Lakeside Pavilion is ideal for multi-day events due to its proximity to exceptional accommodation in the Melbourne CBD.
Adjustable walls allow you to minimise or divide the space into breakout areas, meaning your team can work independently in groups before coming together to present. A tranquil space to let new ideas flourish, or to celebrate successes, two private balconies allow guests to enjoy a breath of fresh air whilst overlooking the sparkling lake.
External catering can be used, although Lakeside Pavilion catering team offers plentiful corporate dining packages. The Conference Package takes care of guests who will be working through the day, starting with breakfast and morning tea, and later serving up fresh sandwiches and salads for lunch.
