If your venue had a personality, how would you describe it in three words?

Elegant, timeless, and inspiring. It’s where heritage charm meets contemporary sophistication — the perfect setting for creativity, collaboration, and connection.

What’s one feature or space in your venue that always wows corporate clients?

There are two: the spaces and the food. Our Pavilion and Theatre Rooms each have private courtyards and natural light, and offer a seamless balance of productivity and relaxation. Catering is another highlight, crafted under the direction of our Michelin-starred Executive Chef, with fresh, seasonal menus that impress every time.

From beautifully curated conference lunches to bespoke gala dinners and outdoor networking events, each dish is prepared and cooked onsite with the highest attention to detail. Corporate guests are often amazed by the restaurant’s quality presentation and flavour, which turns every dining experience into a highlight of their event.

We also offer flexible menu options, including tailored packages, degustation experiences, and wellness-inspired meals, ensuring every event reflects the tone and purpose of the occasion.

What’s your dream corporate event to host, and why?

A full-property buyout for 100–120 guests over a few days — complete with wellness sessions, strategy meetings, and bespoke dining experiences.

Guests could start their day with one of our Wellness Group offerings: tai chi or group meditation walks or see the exotic animals in the Open Range Zoo, followed by conferencing in our spacious, light-filled venues, surrounded by serene gardens that feel a world away from the pace of the city. Between sessions, they’d enjoy breakout moments in the courtyards or walks through the manicured grounds for inspiration and connection.

The retreat could finish with sunset drinks and a bespoke dining experience — either a formal dinner under a canopy with the hotel’s stunning backdrop, or a relaxed evening on the Pavilion Lawns, complete with a firepit or lawn games and local wines, food stations, creating the perfect setting for networking and storytelling under the stars.

What’s your “hidden gem” feature that people might overlook?

Our Historic Theatre Room — a secluded, character-filled space surrounded by gardens, perfect for intimate conferences or private dinners. Another favourite is the Pavilion Lawn, which overlooks the polo fields — ideal for sunset drinks or a friendly match.

How does your team make every event extra special?

We have a team that’s dedicated to turning every event into something unforgettable. This is done by combining personalised service, meticulous attention to detail, and genuine care for all guests.

We also focus on extra touches that make a lasting impression: curated welcome experiences, locally inspired menu creations from our Michelin-starred Executive Chef, and thoughtful styling to reflect the company’s branding or event theme. A bespoke team activity curated from the signature experiences, including seed to skin activity, mixing the natural herbs, essential oils and masks to help rejuvenate skin, and a murder mystery.

How does your team ensure every corporate event runs smoothly?

Every event is overseen by a dedicated coordinator who maps out every detail, from AV to catering. On the day, our team manages logistics seamlessly behind the scenes so clients can focus on connection and collaboration.
