Rhubarb Hospitality Collection (RHC) is aggressively advancing its sustainability goals by partnering with The Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA) to implement the “Food Made Good” framework across all sites, aiming for comprehensive, measured, and sustainable operations. Key initiatives include eliminating single-use plastics, implementing zero-waste culinary practices, sourcing from local suppliers, and partnering with The Felix Project to donate surplus food.
