The renowned catering team at Food & Desire Melbourne specialises in creating bespoke menus that can be customised to suit any style of wedding. Options include roaming canapés, tasty bowl food, antipasto, food stations, shared feasts, and decadent plated meals.
Food & Desire holds four group wedding menu tastings yearly at Carousel or Half Acre. Bookings are for two to six people per event, including tastings of the following menu items: Three canapés, four entrees, four main courses, two side dishes and four desserts. A charge of $380 applies per booking/table. Along with food, guests can sample a selection of sparkling, white, and red wines.
Yes. A minimum of one security guard is required for every event at Harbour Room. The guard is required on-site at the venue half an hour before guests’ arrival and an hour past the guests’ departure time. Please allow $60 per hour per security guard, inclusive of GST. Please note that final guest numbers and the nature of the event may require additional security.
