Kings Head Hotel Gloucestershire Corporate Functions

Conveniently placed for both the M4 and M5, the boutique Kings Head Hotel caters to all manner of business events in Gloucestershire. These include meetings and training days in the Watermoor and Panel boardrooms, alongside fundraising dances and gala dinners in the spacious, light-filled Assembly Room. The venue can also host multi-day conferences thanks to its luxuriously appointed on-site accommodation.

There are a number of delegate packages on offer which include room hire, buffet lunches and complimentary WiFi. AV equipment can also be provided, including plasma TV screens and projectors in several spaces. Additionally, team-building events like spa and wine experiences, shooting, polo, cycling and other outdoor activities can be arranged.

Yes, the hotel accommodates everything from meetings and conferences to networking events, Christmas parties and more. Choose from private rooms with boardroom tables and presentation screens or large event spaces as needed, with various packages available.

Due to its town centre location, parking at the hotel is limited. Spaces need to be booked in advance at a rate of £15 per night. There are also several pay and display car parks nearby. Parking charges for wedding guests who book a stay directly with the hotel will be refunded.
