Ceremonies at Q Events cater for up to 200 guests and include forty grey fabric chairs, a signing table with white linen and two chairs, sparkling mineral water for your guests on arrival, and use of the in-house sound system.

Yes. Q Events conducts quarterly group menu tastings. Your Event Planner will advise which date will be available for you to attend based on the seasonal menu, which will be applicable for your wedding date.

Q Events’ talented culinary team creates a range of bespoke menus to suit cocktail-style or sit-down events. Expect delicious and beautifully presented dishes made with fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Security is required for all weddings held at Q Events. Your Sales Manager will advise the number of guards required for your guest numbers. Security guards are required thirty minutes prior to your guest’s arrival, and thirty minutes past your guest’s departure. Please allow $65 per hour, per security guard.
