The two floors can be hired separately or together for exclusive use for a large, grand party or celebration. The 38th floor, with contemporary furnishings and a beautiful grid of pendant lighting, leads out onto two outdoor terraces: the East Terrace, and Tree Terrace with casual seating and 26ft sculptural orange tree that will become a centrepiece of your event. On the 39th floor, a lounge and private dining room make great options for more intimate events.
