Entry is via a partially hidden reception where guests are checked in, then whisked to the 55th floor in a mood-lit elevator, which sets the tone for the restaurant itself. Once upstairs you will be walked through the wine cellar where the enormous collection of wines is apparent, forming an impressive entry to the dining room. Modern decor, dim but functional lighting and an amazing view over the Melbourne skyline greet you, as does the wait staff who are so numerous that they are always there when needed, but also know how and when to stay out of the way.
