27, Poultry, England, EC2R 8AJ, United Kingdom
Set inside the former Midland Bank building designed by Sir Edwin ‘Ned’ Lutyens, The Ned is a lavish hotel, club and dining hotspot in the City of London. The historic building was transformed following a careful restoration by the design teams of Soho House and Sydell Group. The hotel retains its many period features. This is particularly evident on its historic sixth floor, which is home to six event rooms, two outdoor terraces and the Princes Dome. The rooms are naturally lit, offering a beautiful backdrop for couples looking to say ‘I do’.

The Tapestry Room
165sqm / 1776sqft
The Tapestry Room gets its name from the pastoral tapestry adorning the room's upper walls. The crystal chandeliers and walnut panelling lend elegance and vintage appeal. The place is ideal for 120 guests seated in a round-table event or 140 guests in a long table banquet-style event. The room can accommodate a maximum of 200 guests in a standing reception.
125sqm / 1345sqft
Drenched in natural light, The Saloon's neutral palette ensures its other design details can shine. The restored parquet flooring or the 18th-century chandelier, for instance, help craft a fitting ambience for a variety of events. 70 guests can be seated here comfortably.
These include the RWB Room, The Drawing Room and Princes Dome. The Drawing Room connects to The Saloon and has a very distinctive club-like vibe thanks to its panelled walls, lithographs and period etchings. It is apt for 20 guests in a boardroom setup, 50 for a round table or 80 guests for a reception. The RWB Room has a more intimate and informal ambience with its light oak panelling. It can host 28 guests in a classroom-style setup or 50 guests for a standing event. Princes Dome, located on the roof and next to the members' area of Ned's Club Upstairs, is one of the hotel's two converted domes and connects to an outdoor terrace. With a stocked bar and terrace access, it's a beautiful spot to host a reception-style event for 50 guests.

Ground floor bar was wonderful, high qualify service and great drinks. […] It's not hard to imagine this place was the formerly the bank of England, spacious and breathtaking architectural detail.

Beautiful design and service! An old bank transformed into a mesmerizing hotel. The place blew my mind. Beautiful swimming pool on roof terrace […] a vault turned into a bar very cool!

Went to a two day work conference here […] if it's grand opulence you're after this place has it in spades. The place is huge, marble pillars with ornate detailing around all the rooms and very posh dosh at our shin dig.
