A lovely venue! Great open space including the foyer and function room the toilets were clean and tidy and the staff welcoming and very helpful. Attended a conference, didn’t have the privilege of staying, but if the food at the conference is anything to go by wow! The staff were fabulous in keeping up with replenishing and there was never a dirty plate or glass in sight. It’s also in a brilliant location with the tube station being directly behind the hotel and it is situated at the top of Hyde Park!
