The three-storey balconied inn offers beautiful views over the dock towards the Shard and Tower Bridge, making it one of central London’s iconic spots for a picturesque wedding. As a fully-licensed venue for wedding ceremonies, The Dickens Inn offers charming indoor settings coupled with beautiful outdoor views. Depending on the event size, you can book one of the inn’s three beautifully restored rooms. All ceremony venues at the Dickens Inn have a music license until midnight and offer bar and catering services. 

If you’re after an all-in-one space, the large Dickens Suite, with its stylish interiors, is perfect for ceremonies, dining and dancing!


The Dickens Inn London Wedding Receptions

Wedding receptions can accommodate anywhere between 60-200 guests with packages starting at £65 per person. Tiered dining options are available as are tailored drinks and entertainment add-ons for daytime and evening receptions.

The Dickens Suite is the crowning jewel of The Dickens Inn. An expansive light-filled space with beautiful picture windows and views of the Tower Bridge, The Dickens Suite can easily accommodate 150 guests for a seated dinner or 200 guests for a standing reception. 

The highlight of the spacious Pickwick Room is a beautiful dining balcony with gorgeous water views. An ideal spot for guests to enjoy dinner or drinks and canapes.

The Copperfield Bar, located on the ground floor, offers an expansive lounge area, comfortable seating and bar. When you book this space, your hire also includes access to the outdoor terrace space adjacent to the docks

Long stay street parking is not available at The Dickens Inn. You can find parking at the Docks priced at £60. Alternatively, the Minories car park on 1 Shorter Street is a quick 8-10 minute walk from the inn.
