The Scene at The Wallace Collection London

The Wallace Collection London was established by Sir Richard Wallace and the first four marquesses of Hertford before being bequeathed to the British people by Lady Wallace in 1897. Today, the collection is home to an array of exclusive artworks, including 18th-century French pieces, Renaissance and medieval art, and 17th and 19th-century pieces.

The spaces inside this historic wedding venue in London can host smaller celebrations and lavish receptions. Popular spots include the leafy glass-roofed Courtyard, the Great Gallery, and the intimate Drawing Room Suite. Guests can also take advantage of the grand staircase and sweeping driveway for wedding photos.

Alongside popular ceremony and reception spaces, The Wallace Collection London also provides a former sculpture garden for your Wedding Breakfast. This one-of-a-kind space can be decorated to your taste for a personalised element.

Venue Testimonials

Just love this place. It is gorgeous, has a great collection and the restaurant in the covered courtyard looks fabulous. The staff are super and so enthusiastic. A jewel in London. Easy to get to and very near Oxford Street and the more bijou shopping areas around Marylebone High Street.

Absolutely wonderful museum which is like walking through someone's private house. Well, actually, that's exactly what it is - or rather, was! Every sumptuous room is a winner, packed to the rafters with French porcelain and paintings by the likes of Velazquez, Titian and Rembrandt, beautifully displayed against a rich red, deep blue blend emerald green brocade wallpaper.

This is a hidden gem. An exquisite collection of antique art and medieval to renaissance era armoury. There's a beautiful, quiet café in the middle courtyard that's perfect for afternoon tea. An ideal place to spend the afternoon away from the crowd.
