Without question, it’s the open-air rooftop terrace. Perched atop the Montcalm Royal London House on the 10th floor, our expansive terrace offers breathtaking views stretching across the City skyline.
What’s your dream corporate event to host, and why?
With exclusive hire accommodating up to 350 standing guests or 120 seated, Aviary is the perfect backdrop for any event. A major product launch, wrap party or gala would be a dream to have cocktails outside during golden hour and then a party around the large racetrack bar.
What sets your venue apart from others in the corporate world?
Location and atmosphere in equal measure. We sit in the heart of the City of London, but unlike a hotel ballroom or conference centre, we offer a rooftop with skyline views and a genuinely exciting atmosphere.
What’s your “hidden gem” feature that people might overlook?
We’re open for breakfast every day! Join us bottomless brunch with our resident DJ and saxophonist on the weekend and then recover with a breakfast buffet offering everything to make you whole again or swing by on your way to the office.
How does your team make every event extra special?
Our chefs build menus around the finest seasonal British produce, and our events team works closely with every client to tailor the experience. Whether it’s a bespoke package, a grazing table, or a full three-course dinner, nothing is off the shelf here.

Every event gets a dedicated event manager to help with timelines, menus, floor plans, logistics. All planned meticulously in advance so the day itself is seamless. Our team are seasoned pros at reading a room and staying one step ahead.

We’re a favourite for City firms. Summer parties and Christmas celebrations are our busiest seasons, especially when we introduce our outdoor igloos in the winter.

We’re seeing huge demand for immersive elements like live entertainment, sharing-style menus, and access to outdoor space. Aviary is built for exactly this. Flexible layouts, DJ booth and an outdoor terrace with a view to add a wow-factor.
