Rooftop venues with skyline views, strong event support teams, and flexible hospitality packages were prioritised throughout the search. Wagtail Rooftop Restaurant, Bar & Terrace quickly emerged as the standout choice. The venue ticked every box for the client — from its panoramic London views and stylish interiors to its convenient central location close to the Citymapper office. The venue’s aesthetic perfectly matched the atmosphere Francesca wanted to create: sophisticated yet relaxed, with enough energy to feel like a true celebration. Practical considerations also made the decision easy. Wagtail offered an excellent wet weather backup option, in-house catering with drinks and canapés, and an experienced events team who assisted with organising a DJ for the evening.
